PT Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua, branded as Expressair in 2004, was established with a singular operational aircraft, the Fokker 28. As we evolved, Expressair was rebranded to Premiair in 2005, and we obtained our AOC Part 121 certification. Our fleet expanded to include the Embraer 120 and Fokker 100 Executive aircraft, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
In 2013, we founded PT Wira Jasa Angkasa (WJA MRO), a subsidiary of the Premiair Group. WJA MRO specializes in Aircraft Maintenance, Hangar Space, and Bonded Warehouse services. Our team comprises certified and experienced engineers dedicated to delivering top-notch services that ensure the highest standards of aircraft maintenance solutions. In 2014, we were honored to be appointed by Embraer for Aircraft Maintenance.

2004
Premiair Group: Trusted Aviation Since 2004
Founded in 2004 as a corporate aircraft operator, Premiair Group is committed to the highest standards of safety and quality. Operated by seasoned professionals with world-class training, our focus on excellence and rigorous maintenance instills total confidence in our clients.
2006
2006: A New Chapter in Charter Aviation
Premiair expanded into a public charter service in 2006 with an AOC 135 license. That year, we added the Embraer Legacy 600 (PK-RJG) to our fleet, marking a key milestone in our growth.
2009
Safety & Innovation: IS-BAO and Helicopter Milestones
Our safety-first approach earned us IS-BAO Stage 1 certification in 2009, Stage 2 in 2011, and Stage 3 in 2015, along with multiple safety awards from ConocoPhillips. In partnership with CHC, we also launched Sikorsky S76+ helicopter operations in Balikpapan and completed a state-of-the-art 10,000 sqm hangar—the largest dedicated business aviation hangar in Indonesia.

2018
Achieving Global Standards in Aviation Excellence
2018 marked a major leap forward: WJA secured San Marino Part 145 approval, FAA certification, and WIRA earned IS-BAH Stage 1 certification, becoming the first in Indonesia to achieve this prestigious recognition.
2019
Strengthening Operations & Safety Standards
In 2019, we began operating two Embraer 145 aircraft under contract with Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP). In 2024, we earned the BARS (Basic Aviation Risk Standard) certification from the Flight Safety Foundation.
2024
New Milestones: Bonded Warehouse & Airelite Partnership
In 2024, WJA, our subsidiary unit, launched Indonesia's first bonded warehouse near Halim Airport. This facility facilitates duty-free storage and expedited customs clearance for foreign-registered aircraft parts, further solidifying our leadership in the region.
A new Chapter with Airelite. In 2024, WIRA joined Airelite, the elite global FBO network, becoming its first member in Indonesia. This partnership enhances our reach, capabilities, and service offerings—while staying true to the personalized care and refined luxury our clients value most.
